Spacious, clean room! Metro and shopping centers within walking distance
During check-in, an incomprehensible situation arose. Checked in after 15:00, as indicated. But at the entrance the cleaners met me and explained that the room was not ready. However, it later turned out that the other room, the one next door, was not ready. This greatly spoiled the moment of check-in.
Payment for the room was made at the time of booking and full payment was made. A long time ago. However, the owner of the room wrote me the bank details where I needed to pay for the stay when I was already living in the room. I did not understand this situation, because the booking clearly states that payment has been made in full. I wrote to support, but they answered me a few days later. As a result, the New Year's mood was completely ruined!
I couldn’t relax and unwind because I didn’t understand what was happening, and technical support didn’t respond for a long time.
The room itself is not bad! The only thing missing is an electric kettle and a hairdryer. And I also didn’t like the constant fuss with connecting the TV to the Internet via a browser.
